# ESOS · Source inventory and production-verification gaps

## Evidence boundaries

- Source inspected: isolated checkout `13e88ee5ea48e61db643681dc500c32b2dcb31dc`, under `/Users/facelessdon/.codex/worktrees/esos-visual-study/ELOS/apps/web/src`.
- Live observed this pass: `https://elos-opal.vercel.app/` displays the role-directory landing, with live-database notice; opening Reports requires sign-in. Existing Chrome `https://esoshub.com/signin?sent=1` is also signed out. No authenticated production screens verified yet.
- Deployment SHA: not verified. GitHub deployment API returned 401 with existing CLI authentication. Source HEAD is not asserted to be the currently deployed revision.
- Historical production evidence: docs/35, docs/36 and docs/37, dated September 21. Their counts are dated observations, not fresh live values.
- Previous revision (archived): 20 representative specimens across 46 source page routes. It omits material subareas and controls. The prior claim that both directions were complete is withdrawn.

## Required interpretation corrections

ADR-021 supersedes mandatory staff/admin MFA: keep magic-link-only access and retained role/cohort restrictions. `/mfa` is a compatibility redirect, not an enrollment experience. Source contains four Reports tabs, four Program tabs, three People tabs, and two Opportunities tabs; a single visual specimen per top-level area cannot represent them all.

The September 21 reporting record describes 110 active current-cohort scholars, 23 scheduled events pending classification, 0 of 330 expected attendance marks recorded and 169 unique grant scholars across two cohorts. These are useful *dated aggregate scenarios*. They do not establish today's values or justify invented outcomes. Redesigns should also include a clearly synthetic populated-evidence scenario to exercise charts and interactions.

## Route accounting

The table below accounts for all 46 source page routes retained in the isolated app. “Source + craft” means the source page is retained under the new presentation system, not that every conditional state has been visually verified. Specific compositions cover entry, student Today, opportunity exploration, staff queues, report figures and shared shells/headers. Other workflows inherit the direction’s shared components and typography. See QA.md for the tested subset. Authentication transport is simulated; redirects retain source behavior.
